Field Modifications.
The name of the company has a dual meaning. The first is that we modify fields of the built environment.
The second comes from common usage in the military, because to make field modifications means to figure it out onsite when something doesn’t go according to plan. That is our stock in trade. Especially in renovations and additions, almost nothing ever goes as planned, and we have the practiced ability to solve problems on the fly and achieve the desired outcome.
We mostly do renovations, but we complete projects of all sizes—collaboratively, cost-effectively, and beautifully.
